General information:
Milia are small, harmless bumps that just sit there – no swelling, no pain, but super hard to get rid of. Makeup feels bumpy, skincare doesn’t work, and if you scratch them, they turn red and look worse.

Uses precise laser beams to remove milia effectively. It’s very powerful, low risk of coming back, and heals in 5–7 days (might flake a bit). Great for the face and around the eyes. Slight numbing means it’s almost painless, and if cared for well, it rarely leaves scars or dark spots. This is the most popular and doctor-recommended method.
Uses energy to remove milia with minimal skin damage. Best for small or shallow bumps. Not great for large, thick milia (less effective on deep ones) and may need multiple sessions if the condition is severe.
Uses electric current to burn the milia directly. Can feel a bit sharp or hot, and hurts more than plasma/laser if numbing isn’t done properly. Heals in 5–10 days. If aftercare is poor, there’s a higher risk of scarring.
Freezes milia with liquid nitrogen. Sounds scary, but is actually mild. Results are average and may need a few sessions. Heals in 7–10 days. There can be swelling or dark spots if aftercare isn’t good. It’s harder to control the freezing area, so it can affect nearby skin and may cause blisters or peeling.
