How it works

Mesotherapy Skin Rejuvenation Injection
Over time, the natural decline of collagen, elastin, and essential nutrients in the skin leads to dullness, loss of elasticity, the appearance of wrinkles, and sagging. Mesotherapy directly delivers vital “nutrients” into the dermis — the layer that determines your skin’s firmness and radiance — helping to restore strength and vitality. Each Mesotherapy skin rejuvenation session provides results equivalent to two years of consistent skincare. During Mesotherapy (microinjection) treatment, active ingredients are injected into the skin to trigger biological stimulation, deeply nourishing and revitalizing the skin. This technique is FDA-approved for its safety and proven efficacy in dermatological and aesthetic treatments. Because it is non-invasive and non-surgical, Mesotherapy causes minimal skin trauma — allowing you to resume daily activities immediately without downtime. Mesotherapy injections effectively address multiple skin concerns including skin rejuvenation, wrinkle reduction, hydration boost, fat reduction, pigmentation correction, even skin tone improvement, and treatment of stretch marks and cellulite. Depending on your skin condition and treatment goals, the dermatologist will select the most suitable active ingredients — such as Hyaluronic Acid (HA), vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, and peptides — to deliver personalized, visible results.

HA Skin Rejuvenation
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a type of glucosaminoglycan naturally found in many connective tissues of the body. It plays a vital role in retaining skin moisture and slowing down the aging process by inhibiting Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs) — enzymes responsible for the breakdown of collagen and elastin. As we age, not only do collagen and elastin levels decrease, but HA also becomes depleted. Combined with changes in the fat layer structure, this leads to dryness, sagging, and loss of firmness. At this stage, HA microinjection therapy is recommended to replenish moisture, improve elasticity, and delay skin aging. HA skin rejuvenation is extremely safe — with up to 99% biocompatibility — since HA is a naturally occurring substance in the human body. The procedure rarely causes side effects. After injection, small, painless bumps may appear on the skin’s surface due to the temporary presence of HA deposits. This is completely normal and will gradually subside within a few days as the HA is absorbed.

BAP Injection
BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) Injection is an advanced biological aesthetic technique that involves injecting active ingredients into specific ligament points on the lower two-thirds of the face — such as the zygomatic, infraorbital, and masseter ligaments — to ensure even distribution of the product. Typically, 5 or 5+1 injection points are used for optimal results. This skin rejuvenation method is considered highly safe and precise, as the injection points are strategically chosen to avoid major arteries, veins, and nerves on the face, minimizing discomfort and risks. The main substance used in BAP injections is pure Hyaluronic Acid (HA). Depending on the chosen product — such as Profhilo, Karisma, or Jalupro — additional active ingredients may be included to deliver various benefits like skin rejuvenation, deep hydration, improved firmness, and volume restoration for sagging or hollow areas.

5 steps, clinically led
Step 1: Assess the Skin Condition Before Treatment
Before starting melasma treatment, the dermatologist will perform a comprehensive skin analysis using specialized diagnostic equipment. This helps identify specific skin concerns and characteristics, allowing the doctor to select the most suitable active ingredients and concentrations for your skin. This evaluation is a crucial step — it not only enables the dermatologist to design an effective and personalized treatment plan but also helps clients better understand their skin condition for optimal care and results.
Step 2: Cleanse the Treatment Area and Apply Numbing Cream
The treatment area will be thoroughly disinfected to ensure maximum hygiene, followed by the application of a topical numbing cream to minimize any tingling or discomfort during the injection process.
Step 3: Doctor Performs the Injection
Once all preparations are complete, the injection procedure begins. The treatment is quick and efficient, typically taking only 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
Step 4: Post-Treatment Instructions and Skincare Guidance
After the injection procedure, the dermatologist will provide detailed post-treatment care instructions to help ensure proper recovery and maintain optimal results. Additionally, the skincare specialist will create an online support group to connect clients directly with the doctor, allowing for regular follow-up and ongoing monitoring of the skin’s condition throughout the healing process.
Follow-Up Appointments as Scheduled
After completing the treatment, follow-up appointments are essential to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the procedure. During these visits, the dermatologist will examine the skin’s condition and assess the progress of recovery. If necessary, the doctor may adjust the treatment plan or recommend additional therapies to further enhance the results. This ensures that each client receives the highest level of care and achieves the desired outcome safely and effectively
Make results last
The First 24 Hours After Treatment
Immediately after the injection, you may experience a slight tingling or discomfort, which typically subsides within about one hour. Post-injection skincare should follow specific stages to ensure proper healing and optimal results:

Avoid sun exposure, heat, and high-temperature treatments on the injected area. Refrain from intense physical activity or anything that causes excessive sweating.
-
Do not touch your face for at least 12 hours to prevent infection.
-
Avoid makeup or applying skincare products to the treated area within the first 12 hours.
-
After 12 hours, you may apply a cold compress to reduce swelling or discomfort.
-
After 24 hours, you can start using a gentle facial cleanser to clean your skin.
2–5 Days After Treatment
- Avoid sun exposure or heat application.
- Do not use products containing AHA, BHA, or Retinol.
- Limit makeup use.
- Gently cleanse the injected area with a mild facial cleanser; lightly wipe the injection sites with cotton pads or medical gauze daily to remove dead skin and dirt.
- Maintain a healthy, balanced diet; eat clean foods and avoid spicy dishes, stimulants, irritating foods, alcohol, beer, and smoking.
- You may stop using any current medications as instructed by your doctor.
