How it works

What is Laser Fractional CO2?
Laser Fractional CO2 is an advanced aesthetic technology that combines CO2 laser and fractional laser principles to generate ultra-fine beams with a wavelength of 10,600 nm. These microbeams penetrate deeply and precisely into the targeted skin areas while minimizing damage to the surrounding healthy tissue.

Mechanism of Action
The ultra-fine laser beams with a wavelength of 10,600 nm deliver controlled thermal energy deep into the dermis and subcutaneous layers, vaporizing damaged cells and stimulating the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin to repair and regenerate new tissue. Although the treatment breaks down aged and damaged cellular structures, its microbeam precision ensures minimal impact on the surrounding healthy skin.

6 steps, clinically led
Step 1: General Assessment
Before starting the melasma treatment, the dermatologist examines the skin using a diagnostic device to assess its overall condition. This evaluation helps determine the severity of scarring, pore size, and specific treatment areas, allowing the doctor to adjust the laser energy and target points with precision.
Step 2: Skin Cleansing
This step ensures a sterile treatment environment, minimizes the risk of infection, and enhances the effectiveness of the laser device.
Step 3: Numbing
This step helps minimize discomfort during the procedure, making the treatment session more comfortable and relaxing for the patient.
Step 4: Perform Laser Fractional CO2 Treatment
Once preparation is complete, the dermatologist carefully performs the Laser Fractional CO2 procedure, precisely targeting the areas that require treatment.
Step 5: Post-Treatment Care Instructions
The dermatologist provides detailed post-treatment care instructions. A skincare specialist also creates an online support group to connect the patient with the doctor, allowing continuous follow-up and regular monitoring of the skin’s recovery process at home.
Follow-up as Scheduled
After completing the treatment, follow-up visits are essential to monitor progress and evaluate results. During these appointments, the dermatologist will assess the skin’s recovery and overall improvement. If necessary, the doctor may adjust the treatment plan or recommend additional procedures to enhance outcomes. This ensures patients receive the highest standard of care and achieve the best possible results.
Make results last
After undergoing Laser Fractional CO2 treatment, it’s common to experience redness, itching, mild swelling, and slight discomfort. These symptoms typically subside within 3–7 days, depending on the skin condition, individual sensitivity, and post-care routine.
During this stage, the skin is in its regeneration phase and becomes more fragile. Gentle skincare is essential — avoid products with irritating ingredients or strong active substances. As the skin peels, it often becomes dry and sensitive; therefore, maintaining proper hydration is crucial. Use moisturizers containing hydrating and repairing ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid (HA), Ceramide, or Vitamin B5, and support recovery from within by drinking enough water daily.
Most importantly, protect the skin from sun exposure by applying sunscreen with at least SPF 45 and covering up carefully when going outdoors to prevent hyperpigmentation.
Post-Treatment Care by Stage
- Immediately after laser: To soothe redness and burning sensations, gently cool the skin using a clean, damp, cold towel.
- First 3 days: Cleanse the face with water or saline solution to prevent infection. Avoid makeup and refrain from using skincare products containing Retinol, Glycolic Acid, or other strong actives.
- Days 4–7: Use a mild cleanser without scrubbing. Apply a suitable moisturizer in the morning and evening — products with B5, glycerin, HA, Vitamins B3, E, or A are ideal during this period. Always use sunscreen with SPF 50+ and PA++ or higher, or take oral sun protection supplements, even when staying indoors.
