Introduction
EU Master’s Degree Holder, Dr. Duong Xuan Luc (Dr. Luke) is the first Vietnamese doctor to be awarded the prestigious full Erasmus Mundus scholarship of the European Union in Aesthetic Dermatology and Applied Cosmetology, with training across Italy, Belgium, and Spain. Driven by a passion for helping people discover their true beauty, Dr. Luke graduated with excellence while also pursuing advanced certifications in hair loss treatment, acne management, pigmentation disorders, aesthetic plastic surgery, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and laser dermatology. With solid expertise, refined clinical skills, and deep dedication to each patient, he proudly represented Vietnam in the European Master’s program EMOTION – European Master in Health and Skin Care.
