About WEDO Skin Clinic

WEDO Skin Clinic is a fast-growing dermatology and aesthetic clinic dedicated to safe, science-based treatments and premium patient experience. We have strong in-house production capabilities (Writer, Videographer, Marketing Executive) and solid distribution channels (Ads Manager, SEO vendor). Now we are looking for a Marketing Lead to turn these resources into one powerful, scalable brand engine.

You are not here to just “run the page” or “hold the camera”.
You are here to build the WEDO brand end-to-end – from the first Google search to the final consultation booking (and beyond).

This is a leadership role. You are the architect of our marketing ecosystem and the guardian of our brand.


Key Responsibilities

1. 360° Brand Strategy & Stewardship

  • Brand Identity & Channel Management
    • Define, refine, and protect the WEDO brand voice and visual identity.
    • Oversee brand presence across all platforms: Website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, etc.
    • Ensure every touchpoint feels like one cohesive, premium medical brand.
  • Market Positioning
    • Analyze competitors in aesthetics/skin clinics and map market opportunities.
    • Clarify and communicate WEDO’s unique value proposition:
      Why should a patient choose WEDO instead of the clinic down the street?
    • Ensure this message is consistently reflected in content, ads, and offline activities.

2. Orchestrating the “Full Stack” (Team & Workflow Management)

  • Unify the Silos
    • Lead and coordinate a team of ~5 (Content Writer, Videographer, Marketing Executive, Ads Manager, external SEO Vendor).
    • Make sure the Writer & Videographer produce exactly the assets the Ads Manager and SEO vendor need (angles, formats, hooks, landing pages, etc.).
    • Turn ideas and strategies into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Workflow & Systemization
    • Implement and optimize project management systems (e.g., Base).
    • Set up weekly sprints, content calendars, and campaign timelines.
    • Minimize missed deadlines and avoid disconnected, one-off campaigns.

3. Patient Acquisition & Funnel Management

  • Paid Ads Funnel (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Design and manage a simple 3-stage paid funnel to move patients from awareness to booking.
    • Top-of-Funnel (Awareness): Target local cold audiences with your strongest educational videos (e.g., “5 Signs You Need a HydraFacial”) to drive views and build retargeting audiences.
    • Middle-of-Funnel (Consideration): Retarget people who watched >50% of those videos or engaged with WEDO’s pages, using trust-building content (testimonials, “Meet Your Dermatologist,” behind-the-scenes) to drive traffic to specific service pages.
    • Bottom-of-Funnel (Conversion): Retarget visitors of key service/booking pages who didn’t convert, using powerful Before & After or offer-based videos to drive consultation bookings.
  • Content & Asset Utilization
    • Turn WEDO’s best-performing organic content – including video, photos, before/after libraries, and key website content – into high-performing paid campaigns across channels.
  • Performance & Optimization
    • Monitor key metrics (CPL, Cost per Booking, conversion rates by stage) and work closely with Ads/SEO vendors to fix funnel leaks (offers, landing pages, scripts, UX) and improve ROI.

4. Retention, CRM & Community (LTV Growth)

  • CRM & Email / Automation
    • Work with the team to design and deploy email/CRM flows:
      • Welcome sequences
      • Pre-appointment reminders
      • Post-treatment care & follow-ups
      • Reactivation campaigns for dormant patients
    • Ensure communication feels personal, caring, and aligned with medical ethics.
  • Community & Partnerships
    • (Optional but a plus) Identify local partnerships (gyms, salons, wellness brands, hotels, KOLs, expat communities) to strengthen WEDO’s presence.
    • Support small offline events, talks, or workshops to position WEDO doctors and clinic as trusted experts.

Requirements

  • Senior Experience
    • 4–6+ years in Marketing (brand / performance / growth).
    • At least 2 years managing a team, cross-functional projects, or multiple vendors.
  • “T-Shaped” Marketer
    • Broad understanding across: SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Branding, CRM/Email.
    • Deep expertise in at least one key area (e.g., media buying, content strategy, brand strategy, or CRM).
  • MarTech & Analytics Proficiency
    • Comfortable inside tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
    • Understand pixels, events, tracking and how user data flows from website → analytics → ad platforms.
    • Able to define what needs to be tracked to measure a successful funnel.
  • Commercial Mindset
    • Think in terms of numbers and outcomes, not just impressions and likes.
    • Familiar with and comfortable managing toward metrics like Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
    • Able to build simple reports or dashboards for the Founder/Director.
  • Leadership & Communication
    • Proven ability to work with both creatives (writers, videographers, designers) and analytical profiles (media buyers, SEO specialists).
    • Able to give clear, constructive feedback on creative work.
    • Able to turn performance reports into concrete action plans.
  • Industry Fit (Preferred)
    • Experience in Aesthetics, Dermatology, Luxury Wellness, Private Healthcare or other high-touch service industries is strongly preferred.
    • Understanding of compliant communication in a medical/healthcare context is a plus.
  • Language
    • Strong written and spoken English & Vietnamese preferred (for both internal communication and content approval).

Measuring Success (KPIs)

Within the first 3–6 months, success will be measured by:

  • Brand Consistency
    • All major channels (Website, GBP, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) visually and tonally aligned within 30–60 days.
  • Team Efficiency
    • Weekly sprints and content calendars are established and followed.
    • Increased volume and quality of strategic content (not just “random posts”).
  • Funnel Health & Acquisition Performance
    • Clear, measurable funnel from first touch → lead → qualified lead → consultation → treatment → repeat visit/referral is defined and tracked.
    • Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Booked Appointment decrease while overall lead volume and bookings increase.
    • Improved conversion rates at key stages (lead → consultation booking, booking → show-up, show-up → treatment acceptance).
    • Better alignment between ads, landing pages, and consultation scripts, reflected in higher close rates for priority services.
  • Asset Utilization
    • Existing 50+ video assets are tagged, organized, and actively used across campaigns.
    • New content production is based on data and funnel gaps, not just “ideas”.
