The WeDo Dermatology and Aesthetic Center by Dr.Meddi is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Experience in customer service and a bachelor’s degree are advantageous.
Work Location: WeDo by Dr.Meddi, 11 Tran Doan Khanh, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction

- Handle customer inquiries via phone promptly and professionally. Assist customers with resolving concerns.
- Provide information about clinic products and services.
- Provide effective sales consulting in both English and Vietnamese.
Communication
-
- Communicate effectively in English to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
- Relay customer feedback to relevant departments for follow-up actions.
Problem-Solving
-
- Identify customer needs.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong English proficiency (listening, speaking) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working schedule: 6 days/week
- Experience in customer interaction and consulting is a plus.
- Experience and passion for the beauty field are advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Ability to connect with customers and handle interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
